Quilter's Nook premier Blocks of the Month Program

This beautiful 1930's reproduction quilt will be ready to begin by mid January. Fabric comes to you in beautiful 30's colors and prints from Blue Hill Fabrics. Patterns are from authentic Kansas City Star News Paper clippings from 1932 - 1936 and will include some nostalgic glimpses from that bygone era. Quantities are limited as well as classroom space.

Kits will include: patterns, fabric, nostalgia and the Press & Peel Pattern system for the medallion. Each month, there will be a class on block assembly as well as assembly of the entire quilt at the end of the program. Suggestions on quilting, pressing and other color options will also be covered.

Quiltmaking 201 - 1/25, 2/8, 3/14, 4/11	The Quiltmaking 201 class takes you from the fantastic beginnings of the first class and launches you into blocks on point, sashing, calculations for any on point side setting triangle or corner set triangle. All with the expertise Harriet and Carrie we have come to expect. Next step in confidence building.

Advanced Block Short Cuts TBA	This second "short cut" class will go into more advanced blocks and techniques. Intermediate "short cut" class required prior to this one. Due to unforseen events this class will be rescheduled in the very near future. Instructor: Joyce Jamerson $15.00.

Washtub Posies Meeting once a month starting 2/16 @ 5:30	For those who have drooled over this quilt and wanted to make it yours, here's you chance. If you want to master set in seams and Press & Peel Applique this is a beautiful way to learn. Difficulty is graduated to build exposure and confidence. Then there's the wow factor when you complete it. Program runs for 8 months. Months range from 1 to 8 blocks per month. $24.99 per month.
